• New or like new condition
• Very low hours
• All components appear new
• Machine may appear to have been operated, but not for many hours
• Might be complete with original manuals and schematics
• Ready for immediate multi-shift operation

• Machine is 100% complete and correct and ready for multiple shift production
• All functions are operable and correct with no leaks (either hydraulic, pneumatic or chemical)
• Any cylinders are leak free and shafts are undamaged – seals are in very good condition
• Control panels are undamaged, all electrical parts are correct and in good condition, and controllers / PLC’s are complete and the programs fit the machine functions

• Machine is complete with correct parts, all electrical, hydraulic, and controls are operational and correct.
• There are few if any liquid leaks (hydraulic or chemical) and few if any pneumatic leaks.
• Control panels are complete with all components in good condition with few if any unused or extra components or wiring
• Overall appearance is acceptable

• Machine is complete and runs but should not be considered a machine ready to put in production with any confidence that it will run all day every day without breakdowns or regular repair (not maintenance which should be considered an off shift expense).
• Control panels are operable, but some components are damaged or in need of replacement

• Machine is incomplete with some components missing or damaged beyond repair, can be utilized as a base to be rebuilt or as a parts machine. Considerable investment required to R4 into a level 3 or above. Careful consideration must be given to financial considerations for total final cost before R4
