When purchasing used machines and equipment from other sources, unmet expectations and dissatisfaction can happen as a result of inaccurate descriptions and poor communications.

• Verbal descriptions are not precise and can be open to interpretation (Really good condition to one person might be junk to another)

The second most common problem is time.

• It takes time to travel to inspect a piece of equipment and so, purchasers rely on a verbal description from the owner, and a few photos which are usually few in number and low in quality and quantity.
